Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; read schematics; support PLC programming, VFDs, and automation; install and commission equipment; document work in CMMS; follow OSHA and safety standards; collaborate with production to minimize downtime.

Provide recruiting and onboarding support, coordinate interviews and hiring events, maintain employee records, assist with payroll/benefits administration, handle general HR inquiries and bilingual (Korean/English) translation, support training, investigations, and HR policy implementation.

Perform and document inspections across molding, painting, and assembly processes; prepare QA management plans and ISIRs; identify root causes and corrective actions; ensure calibration of test equipment; conduct import and final shipment inspections; approve or reject parts based on testing and standards.
