Design and implement production processes and equipment, create process flow diagrams and layouts, drive process optimization using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen, monitor KPIs, provide technical support to production, collaborate with R&D/QA/Maintenance, and train staff on new technologies.

Lead strategic and operational HR functions including compliance, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, benefits/payroll oversight, HRIS reporting, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for developing and maintaining assembly process plans, inspection standards, and ISIRs; performing incoming, molding, painting, and final shipment inspections; identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions; ensuring test equipment calibration; and supporting cross-functional quality assurance to maintain product reliability.
