Own complex multilayer PCB designs for radar products from schematic review through production release and sustaining. Translate electrical and mechanical requirements into manufacturable RF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed designs while applying signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, thermal, reliability, and DFM/DFA/DFT practices. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and contract manufacturers on NPI, production issues, libraries, documentation, and design standards. Provide technical guidance to junior PCB designers.

Manages full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation while maintaining ATS data integrity, recruiting workflows, interview coordination, requisition tracking, and compliance documentation. Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders, supports candidate experience and employer-brand initiatives, and helps standardize interview practices. The engagement is expected to last 6–9 months and requires experience in high-volume manufacturing recruiting.

Lead the Data Platform engineering team building and operating edge-to-cloud services, APIs, data flows, and shared platforms for radar data. Hire and develop engineers, guide architecture, establish priorities, ensure reliable production operations, and deliver secure, scalable systems. The role requires balancing immediate product needs with long-term platform strategy while collaborating across Analytics, Research, Product, and engineering teams.

Manage the EchoWare radar software backlog, translating product requirements and epics into user stories, workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include addressing thermal, electrical, environmental, PCB packaging, RF isolation, structural, modal, and stress considerations; advising cross-functional engineering teams; applying GD&T; performing computational analyses; and supporting products through qualification and launch. The role may also involve production-process optimization, IP-rated product design, fabrication coordination, and export-controlled technology compliance.

Create and manage seller-ready content and enablement programs in a complex technical B2B environment. Translate technical, product, market, and competitive information into practical sales resources, including playbooks, presentations, training materials, and job aids. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, manage content workstreams from discovery through launch, deliver training, maintain the content library, and improve programs based on seller feedback and usage.

Owns end-to-end development and submission of RFPs, RFQs, bids, and formal customer responses. Designs role-based training and learning paths for radar hardware and software products. Creates e-learning, simulations, labs, assessments, job aids, and technical reference materials. Partners with engineers, product managers, Solutions Engineers, and support teams to translate complex systems into effective instruction. Manages content reviews, publication, version control, product updates, learning evaluation, and multiple release-driven projects.

Lead development of radar pose estimation and sensor-fusion systems for GPS-denied environments. Develop algorithms using radar, IMU, terrain maps, SLAM, inertial navigation, factor graphs, and machine learning, then guide them from research through production deployment. Analyze field data, identify failure modes, make system-level tradeoffs, and collaborate with radar, signal processing, embedded software, systems, and test teams. Provide technical leadership on localization, navigation, and target-tracking capabilities.
