Manages identity and access operations, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, privileged access, authentication, access reviews, and IAM procedures. Oversees physical security controls, branch audits, visitor management, incident response, employee awareness training, and security vendors. Collaborates with IT, HR, Compliance, facilities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to protect digital and physical assets and maintain regulatory compliance. Provides after-hours on-call response to security alarms.

Develop and manage application integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, automated jobs, database extracts, and reporting solutions. Provide Tier 2 application support, troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support upgrades, migrations, deployments, and disaster recovery exercises. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors and security teams, and participate in application-related project planning and delivery.

Originates and funds high-volume consumer loans submitted by dealers and merchants, audits applications and loan documents, verifies income and membership information, and ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations. The coordinator communicates with dealers, underwriters, members, and internal staff, resolves documentation issues, supports account opening, manages regulatory notices, maintains dealer relationships, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, confidentiality, and flexibility for extended hours and alternating Saturdays.

Collects and resolves delinquent consumer, commercial, credit card, and real estate loans while complying with applicable laws. Responsibilities include negotiating repayment agreements, managing repossessions, charge-offs, bankruptcies, foreclosures, legal referrals, payment processing, loan history audits, credit bureau corrections, delinquency reporting, database maintenance, and coordination with legal, recovery, repossession, auction, and government agencies.
