Own end-to-end supply chain for India and UAE: run monthly S&OP, manage inventory and forecasts, oversee international inbound (BOE, customs, CHA) and export documentation (BL, COO, LC/TT), drive landed-cost improvements, build SOPs and ERP discipline, and lead the inbound/outbound team to ensure on-time dispatch and minimal rejections.

Lead a full rebrand from system creation to execution: build corporate and platform brand books and architecture, relaunch the website on the new brand, create a versioned collateral system (packaging, sales decks, social), develop sales and channel enablement materials, and manage a two-person creative desk serving marketing and other teams.

Lead end-to-end multi-site import/export and fulfillment operations, driving OTIF, inventory turns, landed cost, quality/compliance, KPI-driven systems (ERP/Zoho), and build/coach the operations team while owning hiring and P&L-accountable delivery.

Build and run an end-to-end outbound B2B/ABM engine: define ICP, use prospecting and AI tools to run personalized multi-channel sequences, create qualified opportunities and pipeline, recruit Gulf-first channel partners, automate processes, and scale into a team leadership role.

Make rapid outbound calls to qualify leads into sales-ready opportunities, recover cold/dropped prospects, apply structured qualification (BANT or similar), maintain CRM accuracy, and provide feedback to marketing.
