Leads business analysis across enterprise IT applications and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include stakeholder discovery, process mapping, requirements development, workshop facilitation, UAT planning, defect triage, go-live readiness, and RFP/RFQ management for enterprise system selection. The role also establishes BA standards and supports cross-functional delivery teams.

Conducts manufacturing process audits, product testing, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Maintains quality documentation, work instructions, reports, measuring-device certifications, and conformance requirements. Supports process improvement, trains production staff on quality standards, addresses customer concerns, and ensures products meet specifications before shipment. The role works across office and manufacturing environments, with occasional site visits and weekend work.

Leads inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, freight optimization, carrier relationships, inventory control, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages logistics and warehouse teams, monitors operational KPIs, controls costs, resolves service issues, and collaborates cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, purchasing, and customer service.

Owns delivery of 10–20 concurrent marketing projects from approved brief through launch, managing plans, timelines, budgets, approvals, creative reviews, agencies, vendors, and stakeholder communications. The role coordinates digital, events, creative, sales, product, and operations teams while improving marketing workflows, templates, tools, and post-project processes. It requires strong judgment, organization, budget discipline, influence without direct authority, and willingness to travel within Western Canada for events and launches.

Lead the Winnipeg branch sales team of 8–10 direct reports, drive revenue growth, develop market plans and budgets, manage Salesforce pipeline forecasting, coach employees, strengthen key customer partnerships, and ensure operational and service standards are met.

Manage full sales cycle for windows and doors: develop and execute sales plans, convert inbound leads and qualify outbound prospects, provide showroom demos and pricing, prepare accurate quotes and orders (PQM, MS Office), and build long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade partners while delivering after-sales follow-up.

Lead enterprise HR strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. Shape organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, culture, employee experience, HR transformation, governance, compliance, and people analytics. Build scalable HR systems and high-performing teams to support growth across a complex, multi-location manufacturing organization.
