Lead and coach a regional sales team to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for windows and doors. Maintain key customer relationships, develop localized marketing and sales solutions, deliver 90-day forecasts and sales coverage models, and manage sales-related business matters including commissions, reporting, and HR. Measure team performance through participation, customer calls, closure rates, and product knowledge.

Receive, verify, inspect, and document incoming shipments; perform safe material handling and put-away; organize and maintain warehouse areas; operate certified material handling equipment; coordinate special-order distributions; follow safety and company policies and assist with general warehouse duties.

Lead HR as a strategic executive partner to the CEO and COO, modernize people systems, build leadership development and succession programs, strengthen performance management and talent acquisition, and align compensation and workforce planning with operational goals for a 850–900 employee manufacturing organization.
