Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, mobilisation readiness, contract administration, KPI and progress reporting, budget and cost monitoring, requisitions, VOWD reporting, HSEQ compliance, competency assurance, technical support, and team development. The role also supports continuous improvement, business development, client relationships, and an on-call rota, with occasional travel required.

Drive sales growth across existing and new accounts by identifying opportunities, meeting sales and margin targets, managing account plans, supporting bids and tenders, maintaining CRM pipelines, managing vendor approvals, monitoring markets, and promoting products and services. The role also supports customer solutions, marketing initiatives, industry events, budgeting, and adherence to HSEQ policies.

Supports monthly management accounts, multi-currency reporting, inventory accounting, reconciliations, variance analysis, ledgers, VAT and tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting. The role also assists with stock counts, ERP finance systems, process improvements, journals, month-end tasks, and ad hoc financial analysis while partnering with operational teams.

Develops new business and expands existing client accounts for onshore electrical engineering services. Provides technical leadership during early engagements, prepares and manages tenders, proposals, and quotations, and leads bids through award. Maintains CRM forecasts, gathers market intelligence, collaborates with engineering and marketing teams, and represents the company at client meetings and industry events. Requires UK-wide travel to client sites.
