The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Develops and converts new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts across onshore electrical engineering services. Provides technical leadership during early engagement, prepares proposals and tenders, manages bids through award, maintains CRM forecasts, and supports market intelligence and growth strategy. Requires strong LV/HV engineering knowledge, commercial awareness, proposal development skills, client relationship management, and travel to UK client sites.
