Develop existing accounts, win new business, achieve sales and margin targets, manage customer account plans, support bids and projects, maintain CRM pipeline data, manage vendor approvals, monitor markets, and represent the company at industry events. The role also supports marketing initiatives, budgeting, and delivery of customer solutions while following HSEQ procedures.

Coordinates contractor training, certifications, compliance records, onboarding, right-to-work checks, travel, accommodation, personnel files, and mobilisation activities. Supports recruitment campaigns, trade testing, audits, tenders, crew changes, and general resourcing and logistics administration. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Develops and converts new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts across onshore electrical engineering services. Provides technical leadership during early engagement, prepares proposals and tenders, manages bids through award, maintains CRM forecasts, and supports market intelligence and growth strategy. Requires strong LV/HV engineering knowledge, commercial awareness, proposal development skills, client relationship management, and travel to UK client sites.
