Manages contracts, executed documentation, customer orders, proforma invoices, approvals, logistics coordination, commission debit notes, complaints, samples, receivables, and credit-limit monitoring. Coordinates with legal, sales, quality control, logistics, and internal approval teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely customer communication, compliant records, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with commercial, customer care, finance, quality, and supply chain teams while ensuring 3PL service levels, audit readiness, DSCSA traceability, and effective resolution of shipment or operational issues.

Create and optimize content across consumer health brands and digital channels, including websites, blogs, email, social media, Amazon, video, and advertising. Use AI and digital tools to accelerate content development, personalization, and repurposing. Collaborate with agencies, creators, freelancers, and cross-functional teams while managing workflows, influencers, and affiliates. Apply SEO, e-commerce, social, and analytics insights to improve engagement, brand presence, and business growth.

Owns end-to-end employee and HR master data, ensuring data integrity, quality, compliance, auditability, and service-level delivery across systems. Supports People Analytics dashboards, data cleaning, and master data maintenance while partnering with IT, business, and HR teams to simplify and automate processes. The role requires extensive HR and SAP experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, project management capability, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Manage demand planning and forecasting for North America supply chain operations. Analyze sales trends, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, and large datasets; develop consensus forecasts across multiple time horizons; coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, supply planning, customers, and global teams; support inventory strategies, S&OP, risk mitigation, process automation, and AI-enabled forecasting improvements.

Develop and oversee compliance programs aligned with Jamaican regulations and internal policies. Coordinate production-to-customer goods movement, monitor KPIs, optimize inventory, support new product launches, coordinate batch releases, reconcile inventory, maintain master data according to SOP and MRP requirements, and manage product returns and disposition with cross-functional teams.

The NAG Sales Controller is responsible for sales reporting accuracy, financial controlling, GTN analysis, and audit compliance, requiring strong analytical skills and SAP knowledge.
