Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Specialist to generate and expand demand for the company’s products through regular representation to HCPs (Health Care Professionals). The role involves building the organisation’s image and boosting confidence of HCPs in the organisation’s products by effectively implementing the marketing activities and the product communication strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring product enlisting in the focus accounts within the territory.
- You will be responsible for ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
- You will be responsible for generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all-time availability of medicines.
- Your internal network will include the National Sales Manager, the Country Head, and the Product and Access Manager.
- Your external network will include doctors, pharmacists, hospitals/institutions, nurses, and the local distributor.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: A bachelor of pharmacy or any equivalent qualification relevant in the healthcare industry
Minimum work experience: 5 to 10 years in sales, preferably in Cardiology, Nephrology or Diabetes
Skills & attributes:
- Good knowledge about customers and territory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
