Design and run the companys first sales enablement program to train enterprise AEs (and later SDRs, SEs, CSMs) in construction domain fluency. Create onboarding, certification, curricula, playbooks, AI-supported self-service training, and analytics to measure ramp, deal quality, and win rates.
