Design and run the companys first sales enablement program to train enterprise AEs (and later SDRs, SEs, CSMs) in construction domain fluency. Create onboarding, certification, curricula, playbooks, AI-supported self-service training, and analytics to measure ramp, deal quality, and win rates. Partner cross-functionally to translate product releases into sales-ready content and continuously iterate training via data and feedback.

Lead multiple engineering teams to transform large raw data into enriched data powering an AI-driven construction observability platform. Set full-stack architecture vision, partner cross-functionally, grow and mentor managers, build hiring and technical roadmaps, and deliver scalable AI/ML and data-pipeline features.

The Front-End Software Engineer will design and build scalable user-facing systems, develop high-performance UIs, manage data flows, and collaborate across teams to enhance the Doxel AI-driven construction platform.
