Own the technical sales process for Doxel’s AI construction platform across enterprise accounts in EMEA. Responsibilities include discovery, solution design, demos, ROI validation, executive presentations, technical deal strategy, customer feedback, post-sale adoption support, and mentoring sales engineers. The role requires deep construction, project controls, scheduling, cost control, or field operations expertise and experience supporting complex enterprise deals.

Provide comprehensive administrative, strategic, and personal support to the CEO. Manage calendars, inboxes, correspondence, executive meetings, board preparation, travel itineraries, and follow-up actions. Serve as a confidential gatekeeper and operational partner while handling shifting priorities, international time zones, and high-pressure situations. Use productivity and AI tools to automate administrative workflows and improve executive efficiency.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound prospecting, communicate Doxel’s value to construction industry decision-makers, set meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and monitor market trends to build enterprise pipeline.
