Partner directly with the CEO and Finance to establish scalable, fair, AI-forward people processes for a growing international SaaS company.

Leads and scales an SDR team responsible for enterprise construction pipeline generation. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance management, outbound strategy, funnel optimization, qualification rigor, pipeline analytics, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Success involves creating a predictable, scalable outbound engine and developing SDRs into future account executives and sales leaders.
