Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities through cold calling and email cadences, research and segment prospects, manage CRM data and pipeline, schedule qualified conversations for business consultants, and meet weekly activity-based KPIs while assisting with list building and data hygiene.

Design commercial HVAC systems (chilled/hot water, primary/secondary duct systems), perform 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit modeling, select HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, VAV/CV boxes, pumps, heat exchangers), produce equipment schedules, conduct field investigations, construction administration, and analyze existing conditions.
