Manage client open enrollment programs, lead enrollment specialists, validate benefits plans and employee data, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with carriers and vendors, deliver renewals, educate clients and employees, review reporting, and complete post-enrollment validation. The role serves as a primary client contact and escalation point for service and technical issues.

Generates new business through prospecting, networking, channel partners, and self-sourced opportunities. Owns the full sales cycle, including negotiations, client implementation, paperwork, pipeline forecasting, and quota achievement. Uses Salesforce to manage leads and activities, analyzes client and market data, develops tailored solutions, presents to executives, and maintains client relationships. Provides team coaching and attends client meetings, conferences, training, and onsite events requiring frequent domestic travel.

Prospects and qualifies potential customers through outbound calls and emails, generates sales opportunities, researches prospective companies, nurtures leads, schedules appointments, and maintains CRM records. The role collaborates with sales and marketing teams, identifies prospect needs, segments opportunities, supports business consultants’ pipelines, and meets activity-based performance metrics.
