Processes payroll tax payments and filings, prepares tax returns and reconciliations, researches notices and discrepancies, ensures U.S. payroll tax compliance, and supports clients and internal teams with tax-related inquiries. The role requires analytical problem-solving, intermediate Excel skills, English proficiency, and occasional Saturday availability during peak periods.

Processes scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, enters payroll changes, calculates payroll, validates control totals, and reviews data for accuracy. The specialist responds to client inquiries, manages an assigned book of business, troubleshoots payroll issues, maintains compliance, collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations, and supports client projects and ongoing training.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable .NET/C# eDiscovery software backed by PostgreSQL. Own features through production, investigate live incidents, resolve issues, use and validate AI development tools, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews.
