Lead global brand strategy and marketing for an ultra-luxury travel platform targeting UHNWIs. Drive digital acquisition, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, PR, partnerships, high-production content, and invitation-only events to grow membership, bookings, and platform engagement.

Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality customer experience, manage accounts, deliver system training, support payroll processing and tax compliance, lead retention and escalations, analyze performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and drive process improvements.

Lead employee relations and investigations, advise managers on performance management and terminations, ensure compliance with employment laws, conduct HR audits, deliver coaching and training, support HR partnerships and succession planning, track KPIs and participate in departmental EOS/Traction processes.
