Manage telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects end-to-end: develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout; lead client and stakeholder communications; monitor budgets, contractor performance, safety, quality, and project KPIs; prepare reports and support project closeout.
