Manages the tendering and bidding lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, BOQ analysis, technical and commercial quotations, cost estimates, compliance documentation, and pricing proposals. Coordinates with clients, suppliers, sales, and project teams; interprets AutoCAD drawings and electrical schematics; tracks deadlines, quotations, vendor costs, and client feedback; supports negotiations, order processing, and post-award execution.

Develop regional sales strategies, manage and train sales representatives, recruit channel partners, build relationships with industry stakeholders, conduct field visits and product demonstrations, monitor market trends, maintain CRM and sales reports, coordinate with internal teams, and expand awareness of digital and wireless security products.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and technical SEO, link-building, and content optimization. Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics and SEO tools. Improve visibility in AI-generated search results through answer-focused content, FAQ and product schemas, structured data, and ongoing AEO experimentation.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and marketplaces. Track performance metrics, budgets, conversion data, and ROAS; conduct A/B testing; build retargeting and lookalike audiences; collaborate on creative development; produce dashboards and reports; and align campaigns with ecommerce launches, offers, inventory, SEO, email, and WhatsApp initiatives.

Supports recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, employee and candidate recordkeeping, onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, engagement activities, HR reporting, MIS maintenance, and routine HR administration. Coordinates with departments on HR needs while maintaining confidentiality and supporting day-to-day HR processes.

Manage retail and project sales orders across Zoho ERP systems, validate order documentation, coordinate proforma invoices and logistics, respond to client inquiries, support sales teams, track payments, monitor product updates, and prepare quarterly sales reports and forecasts.

Assists with bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, GST filings, financial documentation, billing coordination, audits, and reporting. The role requires basic accounting and taxation knowledge, Tally familiarity, Excel proficiency, and strong numerical accuracy.
