Provide outstanding customer service and sell new and used vehicles: greet and interview customers, present vehicle features, build rapport, process credit applications and sales paperwork, communicate by phone/text/online/in-person, and meet sales targets. Must perform light physical tasks and work outdoors.

Perform outside territory sales and account management for automotive aftermarket customers. Prospect and develop new accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, plan territory strategies, train customer staff on maintenance programs, and drive upgrades and product line growth. Compensation includes base salary plus tiered commissions and company vehicle.

Sell vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the car-buying process. Meet monthly sales goals, generate leads through referrals and networking, work evenings/weekends, and complete required onboarding checks (background, driving record, drug screen). Participate in training and pursue career growth within the dealership.

Outside sales role responsible for growing and maintaining customer accounts, prospecting new business across a defined territory, planning route and territory strategies, training customer staff, inputting orders into sales software, collaborating on inventory and sales planning, and assisting with collections as needed.
