Sell and renew corporate sponsorships by prospecting (primarily cold calling), setting appointments, building customized proposals, managing accounts, supporting activations, and maintaining the CRM to grow revenue.

Plan and execute in-game entertainment and promotions (mascots, theme nights, giveaways). Coordinate logistics, contracts, staffing, and marketing communication to drive ticket and sponsorship sales. Maintain promotional calendar and related software, supervise gameday staff, and collaborate with sales and marketing to meet sponsor goals.

Coordinate activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership programs, managing sponsor artwork, advertising, hospitality, event logistics, contract inventory, client recaps, and on-site game day activations while building client relationships and supporting cross-departmental promotional activities.

Provide HR operational support across multiple Minor League Baseball clubs including onboarding/offboarding, new-hire paperwork and background checks, HR recordkeeping, job postings and recruiting coordination, compliance (I-9s, training), employee relations documentation, timekeeping follow-up, and L&D program coordination.

Support club GM and corporate finance/HR with daily office and gameday financial operations, invoicing and collections, seasonal payroll onboarding and I-9 compliance, month-end close tasks, credit card and expense tracking, sales commission tracking, vendor interactions, office administration, and ad-hoc projects to support business decision-making.

Monitor daily cash balances, reconcile bank transactions, prepare 13-week cash forecasts, support month-end close and journal entries, manage banking relationships, assist short-term investments, implement Kyriba and automate NetSuite bank reconciliations, and prepare consolidated payroll entries.

Lead sponsorship sales and partnership strategy for the Louisville Bats, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and renewing integrated sponsorship packages. Manage activation and fulfillment of partner deliverables, maintain CRM pipeline reporting, coordinate with national DBH teams, and provide sales analytics and strategic support to grow revenue.

Provide day-to-day in-house legal support across DBH and affiliates: draft and negotiate contracts, advise on corporate governance and MLB PDL rules, lead compliance and risk management, handle employment and operational legal matters, manage outside counsel, train employees, and support corporate and club leadership.

Lead and manage a 50+ person entertainment staff, design and run in-game entertainment and special events, recruit and train performers, produce props/costumes, manage schedules, payroll and department budget, and coordinate outside entertainment and anthem performers at Day Air Ballpark.
