Seasonal intern supporting ticket sales and marketing for the Corpus Christi Hooks. Duties include customer service, answering calls and emails, assisting box office sales, supporting season membership renewals, executing theme and group nights, and participating in game-day and outreach events.

Manage sales, planning, execution and post-event operations for non-baseball events at Synovus Park. Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, coordinate staffing and vendors, create marketing materials and revenue-driving event strategies, and produce financial reports. Serve as primary onsite contact and ensure excellent client service.

Manage corporate season ticket and suite accounts, drive renewals and upsells, coordinate suite catering and event logistics, maintain communications and CRM records, process payments, and troubleshoot member issues to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
