Generates and develops sponsorship sales revenue across stadium signage, promotions, digital, print, radio, hospitality, and promotional events. Responsibilities include prospecting, packaging sponsorship assets, negotiating contracts, renewing and expanding accounts, coordinating fulfillment, acquiring signage inventory, administering sales processes, and reporting pipeline and revenue metrics. The role also supports strategic and analytical sales initiatives across Diamond Baseball Holdings properties while delivering strong service to corporate partners and fans.

Drive group ticket sales and revenue for the Trenton Thunder by prospecting buyers, making outbound calls, managing pending lists, processing orders, handling inbound inquiries, attending community events, and supporting games and other events. The role requires meeting sales goals, providing regular reports, representing the club at mascot appearances, and collaborating with the ticket department while working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Generate new ticket sales through prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and community networking. Renew group, hospitality, and season ticket memberships while providing excellent customer service and supporting fan retention. Maintain sales activity records in ProVenue and Tickets.com, meet sales and outreach goals, collaborate with marketing on sales programs, and assist with broader stadium operations as needed.
