Generates new corporate sponsorship, promotion, advertising, and ticket-package business while renewing and upselling existing clients. Develops proposals, presentations, and prospect lists; conducts sales outreach; manages client relationships and CRM records; meets sales goals; coordinates contract fulfillment with internal teams; and represents the organization at community and ballpark events.

Sell season seat memberships, partial-season plans, group tickets, hospitality packages, suites, and promotions. Support box office operations, customer and client services, ticket deliveries, special events, community projects, and other assigned duties. The role includes sales and customer service training, professional development, seasonal game-day work, and ticketing commission opportunities.

Generate group ticket sales through prospecting, cold calling, networking, account renewal, presentations, and client meetings. Coordinate community relations, grassroots outreach, nonprofit and school partnerships, charitable programming, donations, appearances, and community events. Maintain sales and engagement records, represent the team at local events, support game-day operations, and collaborate with internal departments. The role requires flexible scheduling, local travel, relationship-building, and strong organizational and communication skills.
