Lead overall business performance and daily operations of the Fredericksburg Nationals. Own full P&L, set and execute multi-year strategy, drive revenue across ticketing, sponsorships, F&B, merchandise and events, oversee stadium and gameday operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure DBH/MiLB compliance.

Produce and post engaging short-form and long-form digital content across social platforms, shoot and edit video, manage game-day social coverage, support campaigns and sponsor activations, maintain content calendar and asset library, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and promotions teams to grow reach and engagement.

Drive group ticket sales through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and presentations while coordinating community relations, outreach, donations, player appearances, and charitable programming. Maintain CRM records, support game day operations, and build relationships with schools, nonprofits, and local businesses.
