Lead compliance functions for Government Programs utilization management, ensuring adherence to URAC/NCQA standards and preparing for audits.

The role involves supporting contracting efforts, providing legal counsel, conducting research, and managing contract compliance with minimal oversight.

Analyze and report on claims processing using data analytics and visualization techniques. Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity, and support reporting requirements.

Supervise compliance operations, manage the compliance team, coordinate compliance initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies. Monitor compliance effectiveness and assist in audits and training.

Support Utilization Management and Special Investigation Unit with administrative and analytical tasks: create agendas and minutes, draft deconfliction templates, perform pre-payment data analysis, route inbox mail, build and clean spreadsheets in Excel, and assist with general administrative duties.

Designs, implements, and maintains physical and virtual infrastructure. Builds IaC for automated deployments, enforces security best practices, assists capacity planning and tuning, troubleshoots system issues, supports application deployments, participates in cross-functional teams and on-call rotation.

Lead analysis and resolution of encounter data issues, manage submissions, oversee compliance, and develop solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Supervises the Focused Review SIU teams, ensuring compliance and efficient operations. Oversees data analysis, staff development, and strengthens partnerships with stakeholders.

This role involves developing and implementing statistical models, leading data science techniques, applying machine learning to business challenges, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Performs actuarial and statistical tasks for product and rate development, fee schedules, forecasting, and reporting. Designs and maintains data applications, compiles and analyzes data for pricing, budgeting, and filings, supports new product rating and underwriting, responds to bids, and provides internal and external reporting on claims liabilities and experience. Collaborates with other Delta Dental plans and stakeholders on rating analyses and special reports.
