Quality Engineers will support ongoing projects at active sites in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and other locations. The role requires applying electrical engineering knowledge and relevant quality experience to project work. Candidates must hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and have at least two years of relevant experience. Immediate joiners or candidates available within one month are preferred.

Designs and supports electrical systems for utility-scale and commercial solar PV projects. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, drawings, grounding and protection design, power system studies, code compliance, component coordination, site assessments, grid interconnection, permitting, commissioning, troubleshooting, and collaboration with procurement and construction teams.

Manages accounts payable, including vendor invoice processing, payment reconciliation, aging reports, petty cash, expense claims, and vendor discrepancy resolution. Supports monthly closing and statutory audits while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies. Coordinates with procurement and operations to validate purchase orders and goods receipt notes. Maintains accurate financial records and vendor relationships.

Manage renewable energy project execution from planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include budgeting, regulatory compliance, vendor and stakeholder coordination, material and inventory tracking, safety and quality oversight, risk management, team leadership, documentation, and daily progress reporting for solar power plant projects.

Drives sales growth for solar energy solutions by identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting client presentations and site visits, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, supporting marketing campaigns, researching renewable energy markets, and preparing sales forecasts and reports.

Sources and evaluates suppliers for solar EPC components and services, negotiates pricing and terms, prepares purchase orders in Tally, and tracks inspections, deliveries, and vendor performance. Coordinates with logistics, project managers, and engineers to ensure materials meet project requirements and deadlines. Maintains procurement records, resolves supplier issues, and monitors solar component pricing and availability.
