Oversee physical security operations for the firm's Washington, DC office, including rounds, incident response, threat monitoring, security systems, law enforcement relationships, business continuity, crisis management, events, and executive travel. Advise office leadership, support firm-wide security policies, and contribute to global security program governance. The role requires at least five years of corporate or private-sector security experience and availability for non-traditional hours.

Manage billing, collections and reporting for assigned attorneys. Produce prebills and reports, finalize invoices to client guidelines, submit via e-billing systems, review receivables, coordinate with collections, support testing of billing processes, and respond to billing inquiries.

Engineer and support identity management, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, servers, core network services, and secure technology systems. Provide compliance support to the General Counsel's Office by reviewing and monitoring engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, client questionnaires, NDAs, and vendor contracts; support business development compliance (marketing, advertising, social media); perform lateral attorney conflicts analyses and draft waiver requests; liaise with attorneys, Vendor Management Office, and business services; and provide evening/weekend on-call coverage and special project support.

Plan and manage logistics for firm-sponsored client and internal events (conferences, seminars, retreats, receptions). Source venues, negotiate contracts, manage invitations/RSVPs, coordinate on-site operations and vendors, track event data, support gifting and ticketed client entertainment, and collaborate with lawyers and business services teams to deliver curated client experiences.

Develop and execute litigation-focused public relations and communications strategies. Manage media relations, respond to press inquiries, draft press releases and web content, prepare lawyers for interviews, cultivate reporter relationships, support awards submissions, and collaborate with business development to highlight litigation wins.

Design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure web applications and databases. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build front-end and back-end functionality, optimize SQL performance, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve automation and workflows.

Designs and manages post–day‑1 onboarding and 90‑day integration for Business Services hires. Builds role/level‑specific integration plans, coordinates stakeholders, develops materials and manager toolkits, coaches managers, measures onboarding effectiveness, and scales orientation programs across U.S. offices.

Conduct conflict of interest searches using iManage Conflicts Management, prepare search terms and reports, perform corporate research to identify related parties, maintain and update conflicts database records, collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and General Counsel, manage high-volume and bulk searches, and provide on-call coverage and support for special projects.
