Responsibilities include MECM and Intune deployment, patching, application packaging, OS imaging, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and identity management, PowerShell automation, Azure Virtual Desktop support, device compliance, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role also contributes to desktop infrastructure design, image development, QA testing, and strategic improvements while working directly with end users and cross-functional teams.
