Lead a frontline team to meet SLAs/KPIs, conduct briefings and coaching, monitor dashboards, manage staffing and task allocation, maintain documentation, collaborate with Workforce/QA/Training, escalate issues, and enforce compliance while fostering fairness and professionalism.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for call center roles, conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate sourcing, screening and interviews, maintain HR files and shared database, support onboarding/offboarding and employee documentation, process leave requests, respond to employee inquiries, and prepare basic HR reports (attendance, turnover, performance).
