Conduct end-to-end recruitment across high-volume BPO, specialist, management, executive, IT, automation, and AI roles. Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination, stakeholder partnerships, recruitment reporting, compliance, and talent pipeline development. Collaborate with operations, workforce management, training, IT, and digital teams to meet hiring needs and support business growth.

Handles inbound guest calls, recommends accommodations and upgrades, converts inquiries into reservations, accurately records guest details, meets sales targets, resolves concerns, follows call quality and compliance standards, and stays informed about hotel offerings. Provides personalized hospitality while participating in training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Develops and maintains onboarding, client training, compliance, and professional development content. Creates courses, assessments, job aids, and documents; packages and tests SCORM courses in DashU; verifies content accuracy; organizes source files and versions; resolves review and learner-reported defects; and rebuilds archived courses.
