Lead AI initiatives for Human Capital by identifying high-impact use cases, designing Python-based prototypes, integrating AI features with product and engineering teams, evaluating AI tools, shaping AI strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. Provides on-site and remote technology support for the founder and family office; researches and evaluates technology products; configures and troubleshoots devices; develops workflow applications and administration tools; applies cybersecurity best practices; uses generative AI to improve development and automation; and contributes to firmwide technology projects.

Support Investor Relations and External Communications by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate commercial insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analyses, present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and work with international data and software teams to improve data systems and client relationship management.

The Product Designer will execute user experience design across custom web platforms, build and maintain Figma-based design systems, and develop AI-enabled design workflows. Responsibilities include creating reusable design resources, managing multiple projects, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, translating requirements into design solutions, and delivering polished experiences for complex systems involving multiple user types and workflows.

Own the direction and delivery of user-facing generative AI products, including AI agent and chat experiences. Understand technical and non-technical users, identify workflow opportunities, prioritize product development, and partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver stable, performant products. Collaborate with Learning and Development and business teams to drive adoption, experimentation, and AI skill development. Evaluate product success through data, cost-benefit analysis, and user research while adapting to industry changes.

Lead sprint planning, delivery throughput, dependencies, timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation across a portfolio of generative AI products. Coordinate cross-site teams, manage technology-provider support requests, remove blockers, and produce recurring reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong execution, communication, and program management discipline across concurrent initiatives.

Owns a portfolio of AI vendor tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. Responsibilities include setting product strategy and roadmaps, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, coordinating integrations and execution, prototyping evaluation dashboards, and driving firm-wide adoption. The role also involves building and managing a support team for vendor tools while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own the Legal Technology infrastructure product roadmap for document storage, metadata architecture, and information access. Partner with legal, product, engineering, and AI stakeholders to translate needs into scalable infrastructure requirements supporting semantic search, clause retrieval, and relational metadata. Lead initiatives through discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration while defining scope, dependencies, and success metrics for complex cross-functional efforts.

Own the development of human capital data infrastructure and analytics products. Responsibilities include designing ETL transformations and data schemas, supporting API access layers, shaping generative AI capabilities, defining technical requirements, overseeing development and rollout, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting sprint planning and product operations.
