Owns a portfolio of AI vendor tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. Responsibilities include setting product strategy and roadmaps, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, coordinating integrations and execution, prototyping evaluation dashboards, and driving firm-wide adoption. The role also involves building and managing a support team for vendor tools while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead sprint planning, delivery throughput, dependencies, timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation across a portfolio of generative AI products. Coordinate cross-site teams, manage technology-provider support requests, remove blockers, and produce recurring reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong execution, communication, and program management discipline across concurrent initiatives.

Own the direction and delivery of user-facing generative AI products, including AI agent and chat experiences. Understand technical and non-technical users, identify workflow opportunities, prioritize product development, and partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver stable, performant products. Collaborate with Learning and Development and business teams to drive adoption, experimentation, and AI skill development. Evaluate product success through data, cost-benefit analysis, and user research while adapting to industry changes.
