Manage national B2B sales campaigns, serving as the liaison among Fortune 500 clients, internal teams, and independent field sales networks. Drive revenue, quality, customer acquisition, and operational performance; analyze campaign results; resolve issues; present business reviews; reinforce client standards; and support market launches and national initiatives.

Manages national sales campaigns and client accounts, driving revenue and performance across experiential marketing, events, and venue-based programs. Acts as a liaison among clients, venue and retail partners, and field sales teams. Responsibilities include campaign analysis and reporting, sales incentives, program launches, issue resolution, brand representation, client communication, and leadership updates. Requires substantial travel and occasional evening or weekend event support.

Processes billing and payment files, reconciles invoices and financial reports, investigates discrepancies, analyzes billing trends and variances, and supports month-end close. The role validates compensation-related billing changes, communicates insights to stakeholders, provides customer service, and identifies AI and automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency while maintaining financial confidentiality.

Provide administrative and liaison support for Compliance, Sales Quality, and Service Innovation teams. Monitor and resolve system exceptions, audit lead requests, generate ad-hoc reports, diagnose data anomalies, escalate training needs, support operations projects and post-implementation activities, and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and field network performance.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to a C-suite executive, including calendar management, meeting preparation and note-taking, travel logistics, expense reporting, document preparation and organization, confidentiality handling, and occasional travel to field locations or company events.

The Jr. Technical Architect will design and manage enterprise-scale architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize system performance and leverage AI tools while ensuring architectural integrity during implementation.
