The Jr. Technical Architect will design and manage enterprise-scale architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize system performance and leverage AI tools while ensuring architectural integrity during implementation.

Support customer success by identifying, tracking, and resolving service issues, analyzing data to spot trends, recommending process improvements, coaching field sales teams, and partnering with internal stakeholders to improve resolution effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics.

Support sales quality and AI systems by handling customer escalations, analyzing reports, documenting and improving policies, coaching field teams, and implementing process and AI-driven automation improvements.
