Supports customer satisfaction and sales quality by resolving service concerns, analyzing customer feedback and performance data, identifying trends, coaching field teams, improving procedures, and tracking resolution effectiveness. The role collaborates with sales offices and internal stakeholders to implement best practices and maintain consistent customer and client experiences.

Manages national sales campaigns and client accounts, driving revenue and performance across experiential marketing, events, and venue-based programs. Acts as a liaison among clients, venue and retail partners, and field sales teams. Responsibilities include campaign analysis and reporting, sales incentives, program launches, issue resolution, brand representation, client communication, and leadership updates. Requires substantial travel and occasional evening or weekend event support.

Lead full-stack engineering across integrations, backend services, data flows, and eventual Salesforce work. Design and review architecture, improve CI/CD and deployments, build MuleSoft/API integrations, develop Python backend and PostgreSQL models, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers to raise technical quality.
