Supervise rotating equipment reliability engineering and predictive maintenance programs. Analyze failures, vibration and lubrication data, asset criticality, and equipment history to optimize PMs, equipment strategies, repairs, and work instructions. Track reliability KPIs, lead RCFA and corrective actions, improve Maximo and reliability dashboard data, and provide technical guidance on troubleshooting, installation, alignment, startup, and maintenance. Coordinate reliability improvements with operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders while supporting safety, compliance, turnarounds, and cost performance.

Lead preparation and timely filing of sales/use, property, and motor fuel tax returns. Maintain taxability matrices and exemption certificates, perform tax research, support audits/appeals, reconcile indirect tax accounts, document SOX 404 processes, and identify tax liability and process improvement opportunities across the company.

Designs, implements, and maintains refinery process control systems. Leads controls engineering, HMI development, alarm rationalization, SIS/PLC work, troubleshooting, MOC support, and mentors junior engineers to ensure safe, optimized, and reliable operations.

The Project Manager oversees various projects, ensuring they meet performance, budget, and scheduling expectations while leading cross-functional teams and managing technical details.
