Maintain OQ certifications, perform inspections and documentation, respond to emergencies and after-hours callouts, follow O&M, EH&S and DOT regulations, use MS Office/Access for reporting, and travel occasionally. Must have reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Supervise process engineering activities in refinery operations; improve reliability and optimize processes; manage and mentor engineers; oversee project coordination and vendor interaction.

Lead the refinery Technical Services team to provide process engineering, controls and lab support. Evaluate plant performance, implement optimization recommendations, support capital projects, mentor engineers, manage budgets, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive reliability and operational excellence across processing units.
