Manage design, administration, and daily operations of compensation and benefits programs for U.S. (and supporting global) locations. Lead compensation framework, annual pay reviews, performance management, benefits strategy, vendor/broker evaluation, HCM administration, compliance audits, and manager education to attract, retain, and ensure accurate Total Rewards execution.

Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and controls for the business unit. Manage month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting, capital and product financial analysis, audit support, inventory valuations, and mentor staff. Partner with the BU GM to align financial and operational goals and drive strategic priorities.

Lead and grow profitable tooling and manufacturing sales by managing a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, producing quotes, overseeing pricing and contracts, supporting strategic planning and trade events, and ensuring smooth transition from new product approval to production while maintaining quality system compliance.

Lead supplier quality for injection-molded components: audit suppliers using APQP, manage supplier quality and delivery issues, create corrective action and validation plans, report supplier ratings, review material test data, coordinate cross-functional material requirements, and perform supplier visits (≈20% travel).

Lead strategic sales and account management for a large national poultry-processing customer: develop business plans, mentor account team, coordinate installations and service, provide onsite training, drive revenue and profitability, and travel extensively to maintain long-term client partnerships.

Supervise and coordinate accounts payable functions, monitor system integrity and batch activity (Oracle/ERP), reconcile selected GL accounts, assist with month/end and year-end closings, manage 1099 reporting, review expense reports, prepare select financial reporting, and perform other assigned accounting projects.

Manage and grow profitable sales in the Eastern U.S.; develop dealer/distributor channels; qualify new partners; provide on-site training, quotations, and technical support; prepare regional sales plans and reports; represent PigTek at industry events and committees.

Provide on-site HR administration and support for Milford manufacturing sites: administer policies and programs, serve as employee point of contact, manage recruiting and onboarding, support performance management, coordinate benefits and open enrollment, maintain employee records and attendance, handle employee relations and return-to-work coordination, and ensure HR compliance with safety and OSHA-related guidelines.

Develop and support software features per team guidance; analyze requirements, design system specifications, document solutions, follow SDLC, and maintain/upskill using current development tools.
