Order Fulfillment Coordinator

What You Will Do:
As the Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will act as the key contact person for the customer. You will be responsible for the effective administration of the operational sales order process ensuring the distribution of goods, cost, and time meets or exceeds customer expectations.
What You Will Accomplish:
Collect all relevant technical information required to process orders (manually or electronically) – ensuring and verifying agreed conditions.
Confirms orders with customers to provide delivery time.
Acts as a liaison with the customer to address any order issues, timely approval of proposals, backorders, etc.
Monitors and manages transport for products and develops action plans for any issues.
Acts as Roxell Ambassador to develop lasting and trusted relationships with customers.
Position Requirements:
- Education: 2- or 4-year degree in related field
Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience
Certification(s): n/a
- Functional Skills: Supportive and customer oriented; familiar with multi-level bills of materials and logistics process; extremely detail-oriented; Ability to set priorities and get things done; comfortable reviewing and processing large amounts of data/work; solid ability to problem-solve and work with others to ensure orders are accurate and processed timely; Strong data-entry experience
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (ability to read, write, and speak); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; will interact with key customers, dealers, opinion leaders.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Goal oriented, highly relational, collaborative, and supportive; Must also be well organized, motivated, and self-driven, and excellent with time-management, as well as the ability to be flexible and adaptable; Passionate about being a Roxell Ambassador.

Skills Required
- Two- or four-year degree in a related field
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with multi-level bills of materials and logistics processes
- Strong data-entry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and time-management skills
