Manage design, administration, and daily operations of compensation and benefits programs for U.S. (and supporting global) locations. Lead compensation framework, annual pay reviews, performance management, benefits strategy, vendor/broker evaluation, HCM administration, compliance audits, and manager education to attract, retain, and ensure accurate Total Rewards execution.

Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and controls for the business unit. Manage month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting, capital and product financial analysis, audit support, inventory valuations, and mentor staff. Partner with the BU GM to align financial and operational goals and drive strategic priorities.

Lead and grow profitable tooling and manufacturing sales by managing a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, producing quotes, overseeing pricing and contracts, supporting strategic planning and trade events, and ensuring smooth transition from new product approval to production while maintaining quality system compliance.
