Coordinates customer sales orders from intake through delivery, verifying technical details and agreed conditions, confirming delivery timelines, resolving order issues and backorders, and monitoring product transportation. Builds customer relationships while ensuring accurate, timely order processing. Requires strong data-entry, logistics, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, along with English-Spanish bilingual proficiency and Microsoft Office expertise.

Support and configure Oracle ERP and RF Smart SaaS applications. Collaborate with IT teams, end users, and software vendors to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and resolve application issues. Participate in support and development activities while leading or assisting projects to maintain scope and timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions.

Improves and standardizes manufacturing processes using statistical analysis, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods. Develops work instructions, engineering drawings, product structures, bills of materials, routings, cost estimates, and engineering documentation. Coordinates engineering change orders, construction project reporting, capital equipment evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, maintenance, and purchasing teams.
