Supports training planning, instructional design, eLearning and video development, LMS administration, learner engagement, needs assessments, program evaluation, and continuous improvement. Builds and publishes courses, manages enrollments and reporting, collaborates with stakeholders and training providers, identifies learning barriers, supports change management, and tracks program costs. The role requires authoring-tool and LMS experience, strong communication, analytical skills, adaptability, and up to 15% travel.

Serve as primary customer contact through the collision repair process: greet customers, collect accident and vehicle details, coordinate with estimators, manage scheduling and sublets, verify insurance/rental coverage, track parts/invoices, perform final quality checks, assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable, and provide status updates to ensure timely, accurate repairs and excellent customer service.

Greet customers in person and by phone, schedule appointments and manage repair orders using CCC ONE, liaise with customers and insurers, process invoices and payments using QuickBooks, perform administrative tasks with Word and Excel, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Support the finance team with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice and payment processing, payroll assistance, accounts payable/receivable tracking, and month-/year-end closing. Maintain Excel financial reports, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, and perform other administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Perform structural and light straightening, panel repairs (steel/aluminum), plastic bumper welding, 3D chassis measurements, pre/post electronic scans, part removal/installation, and road tests following manufacturer repair plans and quality standards.

Serve as first customer contact for collision repair customers: greet clients, create and maintain repair orders, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, coordinate with technicians, resolve inquiries, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Record and post daily financial transactions; manage accounts receivable/payable; reconcile bank statements; prepare payroll, expense reports, and financial statements; maintain records and support audits to ensure accurate accounting.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and vendors. Manage calls, appointments, records, correspondence, data entry, filing, and reports. Coordinate communication among customers, technicians, estimators, and insurers; assign jobs to service advisors; and assist with accounts receivable and final billing. Maintain a professional reception area, address customer concerns, and support administrative operations in a fast-paced collision repair facility.

Coordinate vehicle flow through the collision repair shop to minimize cycle time and bottlenecks. Schedule daily work, stage and prioritize vehicles, support repair planners on parts and readiness, drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, track KPIs (cycle time, WIP, touch time), perform operational audits, and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality and efficiency.

Serve as the front-office point of contact for customers at a collision repair shop: greet customers, manage check-ins/outs, communicate repair updates, schedule appointments, create and maintain repair orders and paperwork (using CCC ONE), process payments, handle phone/email inquiries, and support daily administrative and record-keeping tasks to keep shop operations running smoothly.
