Coordinate vehicle flow through the collision repair shop to minimize cycle time and bottlenecks. Schedule daily work, stage and prioritize vehicles, support repair planners on parts and readiness, drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, track KPIs (cycle time, WIP, touch time), perform operational audits, and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality and efficiency.

Manage all aspects of a collision center including staff supervision, workflow and quality control, customer service, inventory and safety compliance, and financial performance to ensure efficient, high-quality autobody repairs.

Onboard and coach new CSN Licensee collision repair locations across Canada. Provide operational guidance, assess shop performance, implement workflows and SOPs, track KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement to meet insurer and CSN standards.

Serve as the front-office point of contact for customers at a collision repair shop: greet customers, manage check-ins/outs, communicate repair updates, schedule appointments, create and maintain repair orders and paperwork (using CCC ONE), process payments, handle phone/email inquiries, and support daily administrative and record-keeping tasks to keep shop operations running smoothly.

Serve as primary customer contact through the collision repair process: greet customers, collect accident and vehicle details, coordinate with estimators, manage scheduling and sublets, verify insurance/rental coverage, track parts/invoices, perform final quality checks, assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable, and provide status updates to ensure timely, accurate repairs and excellent customer service.

Greet customers in person and by phone, schedule appointments and manage repair orders using CCC ONE, liaise with customers and insurers, process invoices and payments using QuickBooks, perform administrative tasks with Word and Excel, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Support the finance team with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice and payment processing, payroll assistance, accounts payable/receivable tracking, and month-/year-end closing. Maintain Excel financial reports, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, and perform other administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Serve as first customer contact for collision repair customers: greet clients, create and maintain repair orders, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, coordinate with technicians, resolve inquiries, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Perform structural and light straightening, panel repairs (steel/aluminum), plastic bumper welding, 3D chassis measurements, pre/post electronic scans, part removal/installation, and road tests following manufacturer repair plans and quality standards.

Manage daily body shop production and quality for collision repair and refinish teams. Monitor vehicle progress, assign work, oversee technicians, enforce quality control, support scheduling/hiring, document procedures, and collaborate with CSR and shop management to meet targets.

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, masking, cleaning, and mixing materials. Assist with operating and maintaining paint equipment, collaborate with the paint team to ensure quality and workflow, and perform other duties as assigned with attention to detail and safety.

Record and post daily financial transactions; manage accounts receivable/payable; reconcile bank statements; prepare payroll, expense reports, and financial statements; maintain records and support audits to ensure accurate accounting.
