Teams at CSN Collision

Prepares vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, priming, and removing imperfections. Assists with paint and primer mixing, supports painting equipment maintenance, maintains a clean work area, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with the paint team to deliver high-quality collision repair finishes.

Serve as primary customer contact through the collision repair process: greet customers, collect accident and vehicle details, coordinate with estimators, manage scheduling and sublets, verify insurance/rental coverage, track parts/invoices, perform final quality checks, assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable, and provide status updates to ensure timely, accurate repairs and excellent customer service.

Greet customers in person and by phone, schedule appointments and manage repair orders using CCC ONE, liaise with customers and insurers, process invoices and payments using QuickBooks, perform administrative tasks with Word and Excel, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
