We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
· Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
· Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
· Communicate repair updates to customers throughout the repair process
· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
· Schedule appointments and coordinate with the production team
· Create, update, and manage repair orders using CCC ONE
· Match invoices and receipts to repair orders and maintain accurate records
· Process customer payments and assist with basic office accounting tasks
· File and organize repair documentation and insurance paperwork
· Assist with administrative tasks to support daily shop operations
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
Requirements
· Previous experience in a collision repair shop or automotive service office preferred
· Experience using CCC ONE management software strongly preferred
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
