Provide general administrative support and assist marketing activities, including coordinating communications, preparing materials, scheduling, and supporting customer relations and internal teams.

Outside B2B sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and selling cloud, outsourcing, and IT consulting services to IT decision-makers and C-level executives. Build pipelines, present proposals, manage CRM and forecasts, meet quotas with uncapped commissions, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with technical delivery and marketing teams. Travel and vehicle required.

Manage and coordinate deployments and day-to-day DevOps operations across AWS, Azure, VMware, and Citrix environments. Monitor network, application, and cloud systems, perform maintenance, patching, cost and invoicing optimizations, and support datacenter infrastructure. Work with vendors, participate in on-call rotation, and support Active Directory/LDAP.

Design, deploy, and maintain Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, lead Microsoft 365 projects, coordinate IT staff, support end-users and vendors, perform on-prem and cloud maintenance, and participate in client meetings and on-call rotations.

Designs, develops, configures, tests, documents and supports web and mobile applications using Python, Django and Angular. Works independently, participates in design/code reviews, interfaces with stakeholders, develops monitoring/automation and handles deployments, patching and infrastructure improvements. Assists teammates, creates test plans and runbooks, and manages multiple application projects.

Design and implement front-end user experiences using Angular and JavaScript. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and PMs to clarify requirements, present work in design and code reviews, produce documentation, plan UX roadmaps, analyze integrations, and apply development and project management practices while exercising independent judgment.

Lead client IT support services and help desk teams; manage support deliverables, Active Directory and Office 365 environments; deploy infrastructure improvements; engage clients and vendors; provide remote and on-premise support and lead initiatives to research and deploy new applications.

Provide desktop and network monitoring and end-user support for Windows and macOS devices; maintain Active Directory and Group Policy; deploy and manage Microsoft desktop infrastructure; support users remotely and on-site; participate in projects, on-call rotation, and occasional regional travel.
