Provide customer service for a defined account base, coordinate across departments to develop profitable lanes, solicit outbound freight, enter and dispatch loads, create freight bills and EDI info, schedule appointments, monitor loads for service issues, review scorecards, and communicate concerns to operations and sales.

Coordinate operations for an assigned dedicated account: assign loads and routes, monitor loads end-to-end, supervise and coach drivers, manage trailer pools, validate hours-of-service, serve as customer point-of-contact, communicate issues to internal teams, balance driver time-off, and ensure timely, safe deliveries.
