Source and contact potential driver candidates via cold outreach and lead databases, review applications for employment eligibility, introduce qualified leads to driver recruiters, meet call/contact quotas, and perform proactive passive sourcing and other assigned duties.

Paid internship providing rotational, hands-on experience across operations functions including transportation and capacity planning, procurement, customer service, load planning, driver relations, and contract negotiation. Interns receive mentorship, DOT compliance training, and exposure to cross-functional teams (recruiting, accounting, fleets, safety, sales, pricing).

Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel tractors, trailers, and refrigeration equipment including brakes, engines, electrical, steering, transmissions, drivetrains, and tires. Perform preventative maintenance, read work orders and repair manuals, maintain attendance and relationships, follow instructions, and complete assigned tasks. Maintain certifications and use required tools and PPE.
