Manage day-to-day operations for assigned dedicated customer accounts: assign loads and routes, monitor shipments from tender to delivery, supervise and coach drivers, validate hours-of-service, manage trailer pools, serve as customer point-of-contact, coordinate issue resolution across departments, and maintain positive customer and driver relationships.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, engines, electrical, steering, transmissions, drivetrains, tires, and refrigeration equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, DOT and EPA inspections as required, maintain work orders, and follow supervisor instructions. Maintain tools, safety gear, and predictable attendance.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, engines, electrical, steering, transmissions, drivetrains, tires, and refrigeration equipment on tractors and trailers. Perform preventative maintenance, fluid changes, battery and light tests, lubrication, DOT inspections, and other assigned duties while maintaining safety, attendance, and positive working relationships.
