Oversees the development, testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance of iSeries applications. Designs complex functionality, prepares technical specifications and testing plans, analyzes existing programs, and recommends system improvements. Provides solutions to complex IT issues, mentors team members, trains users during implementations, and works with RPG, RPG-ILE, SQL, CL, and DB2 technologies.

Supports the Risk Management Call Center by receiving and documenting accident, property damage, workers’ compensation, hazardous materials, and complaint reports. Maintains claimant and vendor databases, processes correspondence and payments, escalates serious incidents, coordinates accident procedures such as police contact and screenings, and tracks reports, spreadsheets, and financial records.

Answer Risk Management calls to record freight OS&D and exceptions; maintain customer and vendor contact data; process correspondence, payments, and occurrence records; track, secure, redeliver or salvage refused freight; compile reports and spreadsheets; assist with salvage sales and related administrative tasks.
