ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Learns and assists multiple departments and positions as needed. Departments may include but are not limited to
Operations, Safety, Driver Recruiting, Pricing & Analytics, Maintenance/Shop, and off-site Operations.
* Provides feedback and suggestions on process efficiencies and improvements.
* Works with managers post-training to provide backup, as needed.
* Learns to perform supervisory responsibilities as needed to effectively manage personnel and drivers by coaching, planning,
assigning work, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and training employees.
* Establishes and maintains positive work relationships.
* Travels and/or relocates as needed for additional training and to learn and assist with other locations.
* Receives and carries out instructions.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
* Ability to travel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Uses critical thinking to solve problems and makes decisions independently.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
