Coordinate and administer daily safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives: onboarding, safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, training, OSHA compliance, Lean/5S support, documentation maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety and operational efficiency.

Manage daily customer, sales, and broker interactions to ensure on-time order delivery. Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to obtain COAs, adjust shipping dates, and communicate delays. Maintain customer communications and files, run and share daily reports, back up the front desk, manage internal information displays, and support managers with special projects.

Maintain inventory accuracy via daily reconciliation in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Serve as primary RedZone MES administrator: manage users, configure workflows/products, troubleshoot, and support QA, safety, production, and warehouse functions to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient plant operations.
