Teams at Creative Food Ingredients, Inc.

Provides front-office and administrative support, including greeting visitors, coordinating calls and mail, maintaining company documents, managing petty cash, supporting customer service and HR tasks, coordinating employee events, and assisting managers with special projects. The role also maintains records, supports internal communications, and helps enforce GMP and safety policies for visitors and vendors.

Manage daily customer, sales, and broker interactions to ensure on-time order delivery. Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to obtain COAs, adjust shipping dates, and communicate delays. Maintain customer communications and files, run and share daily reports, back up the front desk, manage internal information displays, and support managers with special projects.

Coordinate and administer daily safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives: onboarding, safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, training, OSHA compliance, Lean/5S support, documentation maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety and operational efficiency.
