Serve as primary HR Business Partner for Singapore: manage end-to-end HR operations including work permits and employment passes, statutory claims, employee benefits, office administration support, and partner with HR Ops to standardize processes and roll out local/regional HR initiatives to improve employee experience.

Source and evaluate real estate opportunities, perform market and financial feasibility analyses, support proposal structuring, negotiations, and legal documentation, assist project management for refurbishments, identify new sub-markets, and manage relationships with partners, owners, and service providers.

Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple for Indonesia and regional markets. Set up and optimize app and web tracking, analyze performance (CAC, ROAS, CPI), build dashboards, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creative and product teams to scale growth and diversify channels.

Manage Indonesian tax treatment and advisory (PPN, PPh variants), prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns, reconcile tax vs. financial records, maintain audit-ready documentation, support audits and tax office interactions, and advise internal teams on tax implications for vendors, contracts, and property operations.

Lead Indonesia accounts receivable focused on OTA channels: ensure timely invoicing, payment matching, reconciliation between accounting and RMS, manage AR aging reports, handle disputes and customer inquiries, oversee AR team, liaise with tech for issues, and support month-end landlord reports and AR SOP improvements.

The role involves sourcing real estate opportunities, conducting financial projections, managing proposals, and maintaining relationships with investment partners in Bali.

The Business Development Executive sources real estate opportunities, conducts market analysis, prepares proposals, negotiates deals, and manages projects.

Lead Japan marketing strategy and execution across digital, content, social, offline, partnerships, PR and events. Drive brand consistency, customer experience, performance marketing, budget management, reporting, and site/portal improvements to achieve booking targets and optimize ROI.
