Procures electricity tokens and operational supplies for managed properties using approved requests, vendors, and purchasing channels. Maintains transaction records, receipts, reconciliations, and audit documentation; monitors consumption and resolves discrepancies. Coordinates deliveries with property operations, supports compliance with procurement controls, evaluates vendors, and negotiates pricing and terms. The role requires strong spreadsheet, planning, negotiation, and communication skills, with at least five years of procurement, purchasing, or finance and operations administration experience.

Provides first-line IT and property network support across Cove locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting internet incidents, managing ISP tickets and SLAs, monitoring outages, maintaining network and asset documentation, supporting property onboarding, coordinating hardware dispatches, and handling internal IT requests. The role requires basic networking knowledge, strong organization and communication, vendor coordination skills, and occasional travel to property sites.

Source and evaluate real estate opportunities, perform market and financial feasibility analyses, support proposal structuring, negotiations, and legal documentation, assist project management for refurbishments, identify new sub-markets, and manage relationships with partners, owners, and service providers.
