Responsibilities include planning social media content, managing photo and video shoots, coordinating influencers and vendors, executing offline activations and events, developing partnerships, tracking market trends, and reporting performance. The role serves as Bali’s marketing point of contact while collaborating with Jakarta headquarters, operations, design, and tenant experience teams to drive brand awareness and qualified leads.

Supports the Legal Counsel with drafting, reviewing, organizing, tracking, and administering legal documents and agreements. Conducts basic legal and regulatory research, monitors deadlines, maintains legal records, coordinates documentation with internal teams and external parties, and helps improve legal processes and systems. The role suits a detail-oriented law graduate with strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build Cove’s agent and referral network across Bali, establish local partnerships that create tenant perks, organize community events, and represent Cove with agents, partners, and tenants. The role requires relationship building, deal creation, sales or business development experience, hospitality or property knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with conversational English.
