Proactively source, engage, and hire candidates through cold calling, social media, job fairs, and networking. Travel across NY State for recruitment events, manage ATS records, coordinate interviews, meet outreach and hiring benchmarks, report recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies.

Deliver interactive in-person and virtual training, manage LMS and eLearning initiatives, assist with curriculum development and evaluation, support audit preparation, and travel within the CCO geography to conduct trainings and onboarding.

Support general ledger and payroll-related accounting, record payroll journal entries, reconcile bank accounts and payroll balance sheet accounts, resolve discrepancies, maintain supporting documentation, assist with internal auditing and financial reporting, back up other staff accountants, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
