Supports the Controller with financial transaction collection, month-end close, account maintenance, accounting records, internal audits, compliance, reporting, and special projects. The role requires proficiency with Sage Intacct and Excel, strong organization and communication skills, confidentiality, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least three years of related experience, or an associate degree with five years of equivalent experience.

Coordinate intake, review, routing, tracking, and follow-up of clinical consultation requests. Serve as liaison between Clinical Department and Care Management, ensure documentation completeness, escalate urgent matters, support scheduling and records collection, monitor EHR/tracking systems, and maintain confidentiality and SOP documentation.

Provide subject-matter expertise to Care Managers on complex behavioral needs for individuals with I/DD, offering consultation, resource identification, coaching, training materials, and interdisciplinary coordination to promote safety, community inclusion, and service stability. Support risk reduction, referral identification, and proactive initiatives without delivering direct behavioral therapy.

Support clinical team by reviewing high-utilizer reports and EHRs, obtaining and indexing medical records, summarizing documented findings, coordinating with Care Managers, and escalating clinical concerns to nursing leadership. Maintain documentation, follow privacy/consent procedures, and perform outreach to obtain discharge summaries and annual physicals.

Proactively source, engage, and hire candidates through cold calling, social media, job fairs, and networking. Travel across NY State for recruitment events, manage ATS records, coordinate interviews, meet outreach and hiring benchmarks, report recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies.

Deliver interactive in-person and virtual training, manage LMS and eLearning initiatives, assist with curriculum development and evaluation, support audit preparation, and travel within the CCO geography to conduct trainings and onboarding.
