Lead IT change strategy, own the technology roadmap, chair the IT Steering Committee, build a change management framework, manage project pipeline and KPIs, communicate and train stakeholders, mitigate risks, and supervise IT project management staff to ensure smooth implementations.

Proactively source, engage, and hire candidates through cold calling, social media, job fairs, and networking. Travel across NY State for recruitment events, manage ATS records, coordinate interviews, meet outreach and hiring benchmarks, report recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies.

Deliver interactive in-person and virtual training, manage LMS and eLearning initiatives, assist with curriculum development and evaluation, support audit preparation, and travel within the CCO geography to conduct trainings and onboarding.
