Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the organization's database environment. Manage database applications, ensure integration with other systems, develop backup/recovery and disaster recovery plans, supervise and mentor technical staff, and manage projects related to database operations under general direction of senior IT leadership.

Manage design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications networks. Provide technical support for Internet/Extranet site users, troubleshoot UI/browser/hardware/software issues, maintain knowledge and call-tracking databases, coordinate with Help Desk and web developers, and occasionally lead projects and mentor junior staff.
