The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality policy lifecycle management solutions.

Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter development by implementing business requirements, configuring and customizing solutions, and supporting integrations. Deliver Guidewire Cloud solutions using multi-tenant capabilities such as Integration Gateway, Autopilot, and App Events. Develop secure, resilient, performant APIs with idempotent principles and apply AWS Well-Architected Framework practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance policy lifecycle solutions.

Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model. Develop policy lifecycle functions, coverages, business rules, validations, workflows, and underwriting rules. Support SOAP and REST integrations, testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and production support while collaborating with business, QA, and architecture teams.

Lead creative strategy and campaign development for marketing, fundraising, and brand initiatives. Translate business goals into multi-channel concepts, review and QA creative deliverables, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, support production, and present recommendations to executive leadership. Deliverables include campaign concepts, creative briefs, brand recommendations, and executive presentation materials.

Develops and implements knowledge-management infrastructure, processes, architecture, and standards to capture, organize, share, and use organizational knowledge. Models information sources and flows, defines operational delivery and security frameworks, collaborates with IT and business stakeholders, supports complex technical decisions, and mentors junior staff. The role requires expertise in process and data modeling, IT planning, document management, databases, data warehouses, data mining, and web or systems development.

Support users with business intelligence and OLAP tools for database queries, data extraction, and report generation. Review and optimize queries, help design and document systems, monitor and upgrade enterprise reporting tools, ensure front-end interoperability and security, and maintain metadata and production systems.
