Manage a Decision Support team as liaison between business and IT to identify and prioritize information needs, oversee DSS/EIS and data warehouse development, evaluate and select technologies, perform cost/feasibility studies, and ensure project management and resource delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain Decision Support and Executive Information Systems. Lead IT financial planning and control: prepare and analyze IT budgets, proposals, and financial statements; audit invoices; develop metrics, pricing models, and chargeback schemes; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; provide strategic financial insights to senior IT leadership.

Provide first- and second-tier desktop support for hardware and software; troubleshoot and resolve incidents; manage endpoint installations and configurations; maintain inventory of computers and peripherals; support Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, and iOS devices; assist on special IT projects.

Lead development and execution of IT risk and compliance strategy, create policies and controls, coordinate internal/external audits, perform risk assessments, advise executives, and drive training and remediation across IT and business units.

Lead and manage the internal IT audit function: develop and execute IT audit strategies, assess technical controls and compliance risks, recommend mitigations, collaborate with risk teams on control policies, supervise auditors and consultants, prepare audit reports, and advise IT and business leadership on security and compliance.

Lead creative strategy and campaign development for marketing, fundraising, and brand initiatives. Translate business goals into multi-channel concepts, review and QA creative deliverables, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, support production, and present recommendations to executive leadership. Deliverables include campaign concepts, creative briefs, brand recommendations, and executive presentation materials.

The FastTrack program trains candidates in full-stack development, focusing on Java, web technologies, and AI tools to prepare for entry-level software roles.

Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for enterprise audio-visual systems across conference rooms and events. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV hardware, control systems, conferencing technologies, and integrations. Manage AV asset inventory, lifecycle, firmware/software updates, refresh planning, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution.
