Provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for the WIC Information Technology team and WiSE/EBT data system. Develop secure, resilient, performant APIs with idempotent principles and apply AWS Well-Architected Framework practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance policy lifecycle solutions.

Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model. Develop policy lifecycle functions, coverages, business rules, validations, workflows, and underwriting rules. Support SOAP and REST integrations, testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and production support while collaborating with business, QA, and architecture teams.

Lead creative strategy and campaign development for marketing, fundraising, and brand initiatives. Translate business goals into multi-channel concepts, review and QA creative deliverables, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, support production, and present recommendations to executive leadership. Deliverables include campaign concepts, creative briefs, brand recommendations, and executive presentation materials.

Leads CRM technology programs and teams responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining CRM systems. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and business units on CRM strategies, campaigns, customer data insights, and channel integrations. Oversees CRM technology selection, data architecture, infrastructure alignment, project execution, staff mentoring, and senior-management reporting.

Develops and implements knowledge-management infrastructure, processes, architecture, and standards to capture, organize, share, and use organizational knowledge. Models information sources and flows, defines operational delivery and security frameworks, collaborates with IT and business stakeholders, supports complex technical decisions, and mentors junior staff. The role requires expertise in process and data modeling, IT planning, document management, databases, data warehouses, data mining, and web or systems development.

Support users with business intelligence and OLAP tools for database queries, data extraction, and report generation. Review and optimize queries, help design and document systems, monitor and upgrade enterprise reporting tools, ensure front-end interoperability and security, and maintain metadata and production systems.

FastTrack is an intensive, selective 8-week online program preparing developers to contribute on professional teams. Participants deepen backend and frontend skills—Java, Spring, REST, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Git—practice testing, full-stack development, Agile workflows, and learn to use generative AI responsibly. Expect hands-on projects, technical assessments, collaboration, and 25–30 hours per week commitment; prior programming experience required.

Provide paralegal/legal secretary support to 3-4 attorneys: prepare, format, file pleadings and motions, draft correspondence, manage case files and calendars, schedule hearings/depositions, arrange service, and perform general secretarial and office-support duties.
