Manage and maintain production and non-production databases, design physical storage and security, perform backup/recovery, configure parameters, define data repositories and warehousing needs, optimize performance, support medium-to-high complexity environments, lead projects, and coach junior staff.

Lead and manage full systems development life cycle for projects and programs. Define PM infrastructure and quality plans, oversee deliverables through customer acceptance, resolve scheduling and vendor issues, collaborate with business units, coach and mentor teams, and report to CIO/CTO while providing strategic direction for IT outcomes.

Manage database applications, ensure integration with other systems, develop backup/recovery and disaster recovery plans, supervise and mentor technical staff, and manage projects related to database operations under general direction of senior IT leadership.

Design and govern enterprise data architecture, optimize DBMS performance and recovery/load strategies, lead database design for enterprise systems, conduct data analysis and access design, and mentor junior staff while serving as project SME.

Provide Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, develop checklists and prevention procedures, maintain knowledge and call-tracking databases, and provide technical guidance and informal training to customers and teammates.

Manage day-to-day help desk operations, define service levels and SLAs, implement tracking/escalation processes, analyze system performance, develop troubleshooting and restoration procedures, mentor supervisors and technical staff, and report regularly to senior IT leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational reliability.

The FastTrack program trains candidates in full-stack development, focusing on Java, web technologies, and AI tools to prepare for entry-level software roles.
