Provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for the WIC Information Technology team and WiSE/EBT data system. Oversees systems development lifecycles, architecture, requirements, testing, cybersecurity, compliance, technology roadmaps, vendors, budgets, and service performance. Coordinates technical staff and cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring system availability, security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Implement business requirements, configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter, develop integrations, and deliver Guidewire Cloud solutions. The role requires supporting APIs and cloud architecture using AWS Well-Architected Framework principles, including security, resiliency, performance, operational excellence, and idempotent design. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality policy lifecycle management solutions.

Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter development by implementing business requirements, configuring and customizing solutions, and supporting integrations. Deliver Guidewire Cloud solutions using multi-tenant capabilities such as Integration Gateway, Autopilot, and App Events. Develop secure, resilient, performant APIs with idempotent principles and apply AWS Well-Architected Framework practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance policy lifecycle solutions.
