Manage and maintain production and non-production databases, design physical storage and security, perform backup/recovery, configure parameters, define data repositories and warehousing needs, optimize performance, support medium-to-high complexity environments, lead projects, and coach junior staff.

Lead and manage full systems development life cycle for projects and programs. Define PM infrastructure and quality plans, oversee deliverables through customer acceptance, resolve scheduling and vendor issues, collaborate with business units, coach and mentor teams, and report to CIO/CTO while providing strategic direction for IT outcomes.

Design and analyze complex logical data models, map data flows between systems and business functions, resolve information flow issues, reduce redundancy, translate business requirements into relational models, contribute to projects of varying complexity, and mentor junior technical staff.
