Provide paralegal/legal secretary support to 3-4 attorneys: prepare, format, file pleadings and motions, draft correspondence, manage case files and calendars, schedule hearings/depositions, arrange service, and perform general secretarial and office-support duties.

Plan and execute IT audits, review IT policies for compliance (e.g., SOX), assess technology risks, evaluate controls, support system development reviews, collaborate with external auditors, and implement automated audit tools to improve processes and reduce costs.

Lead IT financial planning and control: prepare and analyze IT budgets, proposals, and financial statements; audit invoices; develop metrics, pricing models, and chargeback schemes; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; provide strategic financial insights to senior IT leadership.
