Lead IT procurement strategy and processes, manage full purchase lifecycle, negotiate contracts and vendor relationships, oversee purchase orders and invoicing, mentor procurement staff, and identify cost-saving supplier opportunities while liaising with senior leadership.

Manage IT supplier sourcing and purchase order lifecycle, analyze proposals, recommend suppliers, reconcile invoices, track vendor performance, coordinate with Asset Management, and lead or mentor project teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective IT procurement.

Manage desktop support operations including hardware/software planning, vendor selection, acquisition, Tier 2 problem resolution, deployment, integration, testing, and performance metrics. Lead and mentor a team supporting multi-site, 24x7 environments while overseeing budgeting, expense, and contract management to improve user desktop productivity.
