Lead backend development for scalable enterprise applications using Node.js and Express.js. Design REST APIs, real-time systems, databases, caching, and messaging infrastructure. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, make architectural decisions, collaborate across teams, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support project delivery through technical planning and engineering best practices.

Provides day-to-day IT support across the office, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Maintains IT infrastructure, CCTV, biometric systems, applications, assets, licenses, backups, and documentation. Supports the Karya App, office events, audiovisual technology, and user training. Coordinates with vendors, resolves service requests, and assists with IT security compliance.

Own and operate enterprise SaaS infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including production AKS clusters, networking, ingress, CI/CD, containers, databases, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. The role requires troubleshooting across cloud and application layers, managing infrastructure as code, handling incidents and root-cause analysis, maintaining operational documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and improving reliability, deployment standards, and DevOps practices.

Develop and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart. Responsibilities include building features, integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs, implementing state management and offline storage, optimizing performance, debugging issues, collaborating with backend, QA, and UI/UX teams, managing Firebase services, publishing apps, participating in Agile development, and supporting secure application architecture and release management.
