Provide technical and functional support to customers through email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, meet SLAs, document interactions, and follow up on resolutions. Use remote desktop and monitoring tools, collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams on escalations, prepare support reports, and improve knowledge resources through FAQs and user guides. Leverage AI and automation tools to improve support efficiency.

Lead backend development for scalable enterprise applications using Node.js and Express.js. Design REST APIs, real-time systems, databases, caching, and messaging infrastructure. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, make architectural decisions, collaborate across teams, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support project delivery through technical planning and engineering best practices.

Provides day-to-day IT support across the office, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Maintains IT infrastructure, CCTV, biometric systems, applications, assets, licenses, backups, and documentation. Supports the Karya App, office events, audiovisual technology, and user training. Coordinates with vendors, resolves service requests, and assists with IT security compliance.
